How to choose my size?

All of our products follow U.S. sizing. We strongly recommend that you refer to the Size Chart provided on each product page before selecting your size.
If you are still unsure about which size to choose, please contact our customer service team. Provide your height and weight, and we will be happy to offer sizing advice.

Where do you ship from?

We have warehouse in the United States, Germany and China. Shipping from which one mainly depends on your address and inventory of the items in your order. If you are in the United States, your package will be shipped from our US warehouse first. However, if the item in your order is unavailable in the US warehouse, the package will be shipped from our HONGKONG warehouse.

How long does it take for shipping?

Usually, it takes 10-20 days for shipping. However, it varies from countries and shipping methods. For more details, please check our shipping & delivery information.

Where is my refund?

Generally, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This process will take about 1-14 days (depending on the payment method or bank you used). Therefore, you may need to wait a few days to receive your refund after we process it. If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days of it being processed, please contact us at hi@offdot.com.

How to cancel my order?

A. Before the order is shipped
Please email us ASAP with your order number or recipient information.
B. After the order is shipped
Generally, we cannot cancel the order in transit. If you no longer need the package, please wait for the delivery of the package to complete and then initiate a return request.

Can I modify my order?

A. Before the order be shipped
Please email us ASPS with what you want to modify, attaching the order number or recipient information.
B. After the order be shipped
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the order in transit.

When will my order be shipped out?

Generally, your order will be shipped out within 1-5 days. However, sometimes it may be delayed for 1-3 days due to some unexpected factors.

How to track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order by the tracking number in the email. If you did not receive the confirmation email, you can contact us via email at hi@offdot.com to obtain your order tracking number.

Why is there no tracking info/ order confirmation email?

Generally, you will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you complete the payment. And a shipping confirmation email concerning tracking info will be sent to you as soon as the order is shipped out. If you did not receive the email, it may be caused by the following reasons:
1. The email might be shielded. Please check your junk emails.
2. You did not fill in the email address in the order.
3. You might fill in the wrong email address. Please contact us at hi@offdot.com to obtain your order info.

Tracking records show that my package has been delivered, but I did’t receive the package.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
A.Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check: Mailbox/Porch/Garage/Any area out of potential weather hazards/Exterior doors and any locations where the package could be placed.
B.Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
C.Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.

Why is the tracking not updated?

Tracking may pause during customs clearance (3–5 days). If it hasn’t updated for over 7 days, just email us at hi@offdot.com and we’ll assist you.

I received a defective item(s), what should I do?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Don’t worry! we’ll make it right! Please contact us at hi@offdot.com, including your order number and clear photos of the defective item(s). Our team will review the issue and provide you with a prompt solution.

I received wrong item(s), what should I do?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience, mistakes may occasionally occur.
Please rest assured—we will make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us at hi@offdot.com with your order number and photos of the item(s) you received.
Our team will review the case and provide you with a prompt and satisfactory solution.

Missing item(s) from my order, what should I do?

If you find that an item is missing from your order, please consider the following:
1. Multiple Packages
Your order may have been split into separate shipments. If you are unsure, please check your shipping confirmation emails or contact us for clarification.
2. Packing Error
We sincerely apologize if an item was mistakenly left out. Please contact us right away, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Can I order a two-piece outfit in different sizes for the top and bottom?

Yes! Each piece is available through separate product links. You can search for the items directly on our website, or browse them in the Top Collection and Bottom Collection. If you have trouble finding the right pieces, please contact us at hi@offdot.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
