Return Fee

The return is at your cost.
If the product has a quality issue, OFF. will bear the cost of return.

Return Windows

A. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by submitting a return application.
B. Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item(s) back within 7 days. Failure to do so may affect your return eligibility.

Conditions

A. Please make sure that all the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
B. The order is still within the return window.
C. It is not an exchanged order.
D. Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
E. Your order has been shipped and is still in transit.
F. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.

How to return?

1. Log in to the Returns Center.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return, choose a return reason, and upload an image (if required).
3. Choose your preferred solution (e.g., refund, exchange, or store credit).
4. Select a return method and click Submit.
After your return request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

How to ship the item(s) back?

A. We provide you with a shipping label: Please log in to the returns center or refer to the request review email to download and print the shipping label. Then, pack the items securely, take them to the post office, and ship them to the designated warehouse.
B. We do not provide you with a shipping label: You may choose any carrier of your preference. Please pack the return items securely and ship them to the designated warehouse.
After shipping, kindly provide us with the tracking number, as it is essential for identifying your order. If you do not use a tracking service, please send us a copy of your return receipt so that we can locate your package through other means.
⚠️ Please do not return your package to the sender’s address printed on the label, as this is not our return address and may delay the processing of your return.

Where is my refund?

We require 1–14 business days to process your return after it arrives at our warehouse. Once processed, the refund timeline depends on your original payment method:
A. Paid by Credit or Debit Card: The refund will be credited to your account within 7–14 business days. For the exact posting time, please check with your card-issuing bank.
B. Paid by PayPal: The refund will be credited to your PayPal account within 1–7 business days.
C. Paid by Store Credit: The refund will be available in your account immediately.
