Intellectual Property Notice

Updated on: August 1, 2025

OFF. fully respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward counterfeit products and any infringement of intellectual property.
We regularly review the listings on our website and remove products that may infringe upon intellectual property rights. However, given the large number of products, providers, and sellers, it is possible that some infringements may not be immediately detected.
For this reason, we strongly encourage customers and intellectual property rights holders to cooperate with us. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please follow the complaint procedure outlined below.

A. Eligible Complaints may include, but are not limited to:
• Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized use of an identical or similar trademark on goods identical or similar to those for which the trademark is registered.
• Patent Infringement: Unauthorized use of a granted Design Patent or Utility Patent owned by others.
• Copyright Infringement: Unauthorized use of content, photos, or copyrighted works created by others, including books, CDs, software, etc.
• Other Violations: Activities that breach applicable local intellectual property laws.

B. Procedure of Complaint
To initiate a complaint, please submit a Notice of Claiming Infringement by email to: legal@offdot.com.
Once we receive your notice, we will conduct a prompt internal investigation. If your complaint is accepted, we will take the appropriate action against the infringing listing(s).

C. Possible Actions Against Infringing Listings Depending on the circumstances, we may:
• Remove the alleged infringing listing(s) from our website.
• Inform the seller of your complaint and provide them with your contact details so both parties may clarify the issue.
• Suspend selling privileges, withhold funds, and destroy infringing inventory in our possession once infringement is confirmed or upheld by a court.
• Terminate the user account of a seller after three (3) willful infringements.
• Immediately terminate a seller’s account in extreme cases, such as:
• A lawsuit has been filed against OFF. due to the seller’s infringing activities; or
• OFF. is required by judicial, enforcement, or administrative authorities to terminate the account or take similar measures.
